Firstly, we keep our promises. This is what we offer to you:
Cancellation of Order
The UK's Distance Selling Regulations require us to give you seven working days from the day after the day on which you receive your goods, in which you can change your mind and cancel your order (surprising how many web sites do not tell you this). You must let us know and we will refund your payment. You must return any free gifts or special offers that were bundled with the original order.
Returns
If we have already delivered your order, and you are rejecting items that are not faulty, then it is your responsibility to return the goods to us, at your own cost. You must also keep the items in good condition, with undamaged and complete packaging, so that we can resell the items. We will refund the cost of the order.
If the goods are found to be faulty or incomplete, we will either (at our discretion) arrange for the goods to be collected, or request you to return them to us in a safe and secure manner, and we may either send you a pre-paid postage label or refund any pre-agreed carriage costs.
In any event, before you return an item you MUST contact us to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number.
Warranty
We want you to enjoy your purchases, so if there is anything wrong with them at any time please let us know. We will resolve the problem as fast as we can. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Complaints
Your first step if you have a complaint should be to contact us, quoting your order number and the nature of your question or complaint. We will log the complaint, investigate and respond to you within 3 working days.
