Our Promise

Firstly, we keep our promises. This is what we offer to you:

Cancellation of Order

The UK's Distance Selling Regulations require us to give you seven working days from the day after the day on which you receive your goods, in which you can change your mind and cancel your order (surprising how many web sites do not tell you this). You must let us know in writing (letter, email or fax is acceptable) and we will refund your payment for the goods (including all delivery charges if we have not yet sent the order). You must return any free gifts or special offers that were bundled with the original order.

Returns

If we have already delivered your order, and you are rejecting items that are not faulty, then it is your responsibility to return the goods to us, at your own cost. You must also keep the items in good condition, with undamaged and complete packaging, so that we can resell the items. We will refund the cost of the goods but the actual cost of delivery to you will not be refunded (regardless of whether delivery was originally free, because we still have to pay our couriers).

If the goods are found to be faulty or incomplete, we will either (at our discretion) arrange for the goods to be collected, or require you to return them to us in a safe and secure manner, in which case we will refund any preagreed carriage costs.

In any event, before you return an item you MUST contact us to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number.

Warranty

We want you to enjoy your purchases, so if there is anything wrong with them at any time please let us know. We will resolve the problem as fast as we can. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Complaints

Your first step if you have a complaint should be to contact us, quoting your order number and the nature of your question or complaint. We will log the complaint, investigate and respond to you within 3 working days. We hope to resolve all complaints quickly and to your satisfaction, but should you remain dissatisfied you may contact our Managing Director. Details are again on the Contact Us page. In the unlikely event that you are still unhappy, then you may consider raising the issue with SafeBuy, under the SafeBuy Mediation Procedure.
