Our Delivery Charges
We have a range of delivery options that you can select at the checkout. If you are experiencing problems with the delivery of a previous order please check our delivery problems page for advice.
UK Mainland
We have simple standard delivery charges to UK addresses.
The main thing that you need to know is that there are no delivery charges for all orders above £40!.

It is ArtiFolk’s aim to deliver items to UK addresses within 3-5 working days of receiving payment, using Royal Mail or specialist couriers. Postage costs and free delivery offers (where shown) are for standard delivery within the mainland UK only. We will despatch standard delivery orders received before 3pm weekdays (UK time) on the same day, as long as all of the items are in stock. We do not despatch at weekends, on Bank Holidays or during the Christmas holidays. Despatch may take slightly longer during busy periods.
Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles

Delivery to these addresses may take a little longer to arrive and we are unable to deliver by a Next Working Day or other premium service.
Channel Isles
Delivery costs to the Channel Isles for normal orders are as shown for UK Mainland above, including free delivery for orders over £40!
Because of the increased cost of delivery to the Channel Isles, for heavier orders we ask that you pay the extra cost. This is calculated according to the total weight of your shopping basket and will be displayed clearly during checkout. VAT will also be deducted in the checkout.
Delivery to Channel Isles may take a little longer to arrive and we are unable to deliver by a Next Working Day or other premium service.
Gift Vouchers
Please note that, when purchasing Gift Vouchers, standard delivery of the Gift Voucher is free to all UK addresses including the Channel Isles. The value of the Gift Voucher is not used in calculating the order total.
Urgent Deliveries
A range of delivery options can be chosen during the checkout process, including our standard delivery (see above) together with other options to satisfy more urgent needs. Delivery options available will vary according to your location and the total weight of your order. If you order by a Next Day service Monday-Friday before 3pm we will despatch it that day as long as everything is in stock (or the next working day if it is a Bank Holiday or during holiday periods). Next Day orders after this time will be despatched on the next working day. Please note that if you order using a next day service on Friday before 3pm, your goods will be delivered on the Monday (unless you have chosen Saturday delivery). If you order for next day delivery after 3pm on Friday or at the weekend your order will not arrive until the following Tuesday (does not apply during Bank Holidays or during holiday periods).
Please note that express delivery options to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Scilly Isles will take longer. Unless we have agreed separately, time is not of the essence.
Saturday Deliveries
Saturday delivery can be chosen during checkout for UK mainland addresses. Your order will be scheduled for delivery on the next Saturday following your order. If your order is placed after 3pm (UK time) on Friday your order will not be delivered until the Saturday of the following week.
Shipping Outside the UK
If your country is in the list below you will be able to order normally through this web site. All international orders weighing below 2kg are sent by Air Mail. Above 2kg will be shipped by a carrier of our choosing. Delivery times will vary according to location. More urgent options may be available during the checkout process. If your country is not in this list please contact us before placing your order and we will be pleased to calculate the shipping cost for you. Please also note that due to the size or nature of some items it may not be practical to ship them outside the UK. These items are marked as "UK Only" within the web site. Countries outside the European Union will have UK VAT deducted (where appropriate) at the checkout (not applicable to Gift Vouchers).

Failed Deliveries
Most couriers will only re-attempt a failed delivery once, before expecting you to visit their depot yourself, or returning the item to us. If this happens, please let us know. It helps us speed up the re-delivery to you. Unfortunately, if there are any charges from the courier for third or subsequent attempts at delivery, we will have to pass these on to you.
