It's Easy! From personal experience we know how frustrating it is trying to find direct contact details for web sites, so we've tried to make it as easy as possible:
By Email For routine queries, about anything you like, please email us at enquiries@ArtiFolk.co.uk. It is our aim to reply to all emails within a few hours, and you should hear from us within 24 hours at the latest.
By Phone If you have an urgent need, you can telephone 08000 434617 (Freephone) or 02392 384000 (normal rates) between 9 am and 5 pm Monday to Friday, or Fax us on 0845 8622009. We don't have a call centre, and we're usually a bit busy getting orders out to customers around 3:30-4:30pm so it's best to avoid phoning then! We do have an answering system that cuts in if we can't get to the phone, and we will always ring you back if you leave a message.
