Constructed of oiled, stain resistant beech wood, this Mabef easel is a delight to use in the field. The pivoting canvas holder can be adjusted to any angle between vertical and horizontal, and it has a novel sliding-block height adjustment which allows work on two
canvases at the same time. The M/29 also has a hand lever for easy adjustment and secure locking.
This MABEF easel is great for oil, acrylic and watercolour painting. At its maximum height the easel measures 73in, 185cm, and the maximum canvas height is 45in, 115cm. When folded the easel is very compact and has a strap to keep it folded for transportation.
