A special feature of the non-permanent ART GRIP Aquarelle pencils is their ergonomic triangular cross-section with the patented grip zone consisting of hundreds of raised dots. They allow you to guide the pencil accurately without it slipping through your fingers. In addition, this non-slip grip zone means that the hand does not tire, even after prolonged use.
The lead, with a diameter of 3.3 mm, is fully watersoluble, has a rich smooth feel in use and contains high-quality pigments with bright saturated colours as well as a high resistance to fading.
Faber-Castell coat these ART GRIP Aquarelle pencils in a water-based eco-friendly varnish, and the leads are specially bonded to prevent breakage. Each pencil has a dip-painted end in the lead colour so that you can quickly and easily select the right pencil.
