About the Author
Frank Halliday is a demonstrator for Winsor & Newton, an adult education tutor and he also runs workshops and residential watercolour painting courses. His paintings have sold successfully to collections throughout the UK, and in Australia and America. He has worked on an instructional video on watercolour painting, and has had many exhibitions in Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Norfolk showing works in oils, pastels and watercolours. Frank lives in Norfolk, and is a member of the Norfolk and Norwich Art circle.
