Pro Arte manufacture these hake brushes to an original specification from the well-known watercolour artist Ron Ranson, who uses them for his famous and unique “fast and loose” style of painting.
The Pro Arte Ron Ranson Hake Brush is made in a Japanese style from goats' hair (which might shrink if washed in hot water). The Ron Ranson Hake Brushes are available here as a set of 4 sizes, from the small at 24mm, medium 30mm, large 45mm and the extra large at 60mm. They are also available individually.
