These Winsor & Newton artists' quality canvases are made with medium grain 100% cotton stretched canvas. The 8 ounce cloth is triple acrylic primed, acid-free and the frame has a depth of 21mm (approx 13/16in). The canvas is back stapled, with clean edges allowing for side painting if required. These artists' canvases are suitable for general use with oil (including water mixable), acrylic and alkyd colour.
